The SD Master Chorale High School Honor Choir features over one hundred high school singers performing alongside the full membership of the San Diego Master Chorale. High school vocal music students are chosen by their directors to attend this one-day festival and to serve as ambassadors of their experience at their schools in the following days and weeks. The ultimate goal is a greater understanding of ensemble singing and choral music artistry that they can share with their current classmates. It is our sincere hope that the student singers can take home something from the honor choir experience and use it in their daily life to make the world a better place, contemplate their role in individual relationships and how their involvement in a choral ensemble can continue for the rest of their life.
